Looking Ahead

No school on November 24th and 25th. We DO have class on Monday, November 28th even though Newton schools are off.

The Christmas program for the MTTH classes is December 15th. The program for the AM class starts at 10:00am. The program for the PM class starts at 1pm.  The Christmas program for the WF class will be on December 16th at 10:00am

Winter Clothing:  Boots and snow pants are NOT required for preschool.  We will stay inside during the cold winter months except for an occasional sledding party.  We will let you know in advance if you will need to send special outdoor clothing for your child.  The sidewalks are generally clear at Sacred Heart during the winter and we make every effort to keep your child’s shoes dry and clean.

In the case of possible school cancellation an announcement will be made on KCOB radio and we make every effort to call your home before 7:30am.  Generally we do not have school if Newton Public schools cancel.  There are exceptions to the school cancellations especially if there is a late start.  We will notify all parents if our decision is different than Newton Community Schools.
